But then you also have wierd conservatives like Steve munchin who is very conservative but is an elected senator in the Demcrat party 🙃, and Justin Amash who is centrist libertarian but Caucases with the GOP, Justin Amash is wierd because centrist like Angus king caucased with the Dems.

The way German (notorious) bureaucracy works, the operators has already built networks with the hardware, before the legislation was written. The legislation that was approved about a month ago says Huawei is now forced to provide evidence their hardware does not and never will have backdoors. This actually means, it could be a problem if someone tries that in court. Several operators are now upset as they're put in a situation where they can be forced to remove all Huawei infrastructure. Both 4G and 5G.

When you use the service provided by others you are always asked to accomplish some terms and conditions. So the owner of those services can decide who can or can't use them. Is always like that. It's a private service not a public one. If you are not agree use something else.
But seems that there is someone out there who thinks he has the right to choose who win or lose the presidential elections based on his own feelings and perceptions without any proof of what he affirm. That is much worse, basically it is the passage from a democracy to a dictatorship where a single person and his comrades decides the fate of all the others in a country.
Perhaps Putin taught him some lessons during their meetings that he now wanted and tried to put into practice.

But what about the average citizen? These tech companies can literally reshape the discourse at their will. The "average joe" who sees his posts edited or deleted cannot do much to fight back. Who is to say these social media companies aren't already reshaping "truth" for far longer than we can admit, simply because suppressing the voices of "average joes" has little to no consequence?
