Lol.. Other manufacturers are so busy working on new devices to come out with...and while poor old apple is so busy in courts,filing lawsuits and trying to get "quick" money from other companies who made it to the top, cos they are toping the market share and poor apple is so mad and they can't stand it and to talk about stomach it...Lol..hahaha..poor apple is gonna pull thier hair out of thier head till they turn bald over others companies who are selling fast!

infringement or not,the fact is that the samsung smartphones has flooded the market and apple took samsung as their main threat that is why they are filing all this lawsuits. .

Apple is doing filing suits to monopolise the world market and by that there will be no to less innovations, no competitions and we will be stuck to pricy gadgets.

I agree. Apple took ideas that already existed, developed them then patented them as their own. If anyone else did a similar thing and makes a better product than Apple they get sued by Apple (the original copier)

eg. If in world car drive on wheels which is 360 daimeter or sterring then the first car or vehicle inventer will sue all company how it would be imagine ha ha.

When it comes to fair play, Apple lost big time to Sammy, lawsuit would be the easier option to remove Samsung from the way, they are lazy to come up with a higher technology or innovation, and they simply forgot that they "took" many things from other companies, let's hope Moto will do something to Apple.
I believe they lost in all places except US, as someone said here "ain't the judges carrying iPhones?", keep rocking Sammy and any other company that gives innovation and takes the consumer to a higher level of devices.

Every company in this world test 100's of products to come up with a better product and offers better solution to the consumers that does not mean that you penalize the company or stop LIVING saying that "Oh this is copied, that is copied..." APPLE is not the SHINING STAR company which is coming from HEAVEN directly...
Apple is running on STEVE JOBS goodwill and there is nothing special offered as of date. In short Mac OS has become old..they just want to sue companies to create their so called "monopoly".
Android on the other side are providing new firmwares with time and with new functionalities and in a much cheaper price range..Why shouldnt people change to Android..Samsung is doing a very good job and Google's success in Android is due to majority sales of SAMUSUNG.

The losers would be the Americans, as Apple won in its patent lawsuit against Samsung in the US. Like what Samsung said, "It will lead to fewer choices, less innovation, and potentially higher prices."

if crapple care so much about consumers then they need to focus more on innovation and bring out some more products and stop trying to ruin the competition.

Oneday Mr.1 and Mr.2 went on a Mobile Store.
on the mobile store...
Mr.1 saw a very expensive phone. "oh thats very expensive and i think that is the best phone and its popular because of its price" and bought it.
Mr.2. saw an affordable phone with good specs. "oh nice specs. for better performance that makes it popular and yet affordable" and bought it.
on their way home...
Mr.1 met his friends and showed up his phone.
Friends: wow that phone is expensive right. good you have the money to buy it...

Mr.2 wow love this phone.. i can receive/transfer file so fast. apps. are free to download. i dont have to download any apps. to run it on my comp. just USB on the go.. WOW AMAZING... im enjoying it very customable... ^_^
Moral lesson of the story...
A foolman looks at the price to say its the best while what a wiseman does look at the specs. to say it its the best ^_^

Not on anyone's side but in the US was a Jury while in Japan was a judge!!! circumstances were very different! Both of them should do a trial at the ICJ!!!!
