pinch-to-zoom was first demoed in the 80s, and videos can be found from very early 90s, long before apple.
Ericsson made the R380 in the year 2000, its was one of the very first smartphones. And there were several of hundred models made, in the years following before Apple made their. Motorola made smartphones, Nokia made smartphones Qtek (later HTC) made smartphones, HP made smartphones. Samsung made smartphones. eten, o2, siemens, and more and more, most of them even made at least 1 with touchscreen before the Apple was ever introduced.
Apptle took a lot of its concept from Neonode, first shown late 2002 in stockholm, they just made it bigger and with their own OS.
So you are very very very very very far from the truth.
If you are going to state facts, at least do some facts checking.

Let apple continue sales in america.. :D If titanic is the best film of whole history so iphone is the best phone ever. :) All people who can not think they just do what advertises say, because they lost their ability for thinking and making decisions by their mind... I'm sorry for you iphone fans that believe in a phone with no reason. Just because you can not think by your self any more... ;)

I think it is obvious that apple will win only in USA and UK. Anywhere else their law suit is a joke.

Those who think Android is FREE, think again.
Android is given out by Google who thrives on information. Why else does each app have an extensive list of what they are allowed or capable to do?
Google has been known to collect info (legally or illegaly) about us and sell the info to the highest bidder. Now, i dont know if Apple does the same but neither of them are to be trusted. I have a good old Nokia from 6 years ago (no Ios or Android) and it feels good :-)

So glad samsung have won here. Apple will release another very expensive phone and people will pay through the nose for it. Samsung offer smartphones for everyone not just the wealthy. #Teamsamsung

I wish all companies would have even half this sense. I don't understand how Apple can win a case using different stories to back up their case and by on more than one occasion submitting falsified evidence without repercussions unless they used pay offs.

I knew the japanese had common sense unlike americans.Same with the british jidge.At least he treated us as normal sensible human beings:-)Typical american judge looking after an american company.I would rather go to wp then ios at least they understand competition is good for business.

just ban samsung from US and let them play monopoly and we will see how US customers will be happy with iphone as their only option, i kinda like apple's idea to rules US while the rest of the world can enjoy other OSes and variety smartphones option. please ban it, you will be happy ios fans
