This is the main reason Apple try hard to stop Sammy by lawsuit since Apple cant compete on technology.
If your logic is correct Apple should file lawsuit against many phone makers in China who even copied the exactly 100% like iphone.
The lawsuit against Sammy is truely a conspiracy !

And it was based on a handful of devices. They didn't go after the entire Android community, Symbian community, Windows Phone, Palm, Blackberry, etc... IF they had -THEN you'd be able to justify your claim. But that is not at all what Apple was doing. Get it right!

This is a jury of 12 that all felt Samsung copied... beyond a reasonable doubt... after being presented with a mountain of evidence. This is why they deliberated for more than just a few minutes AND why decisions like this need to be left in the hands of a jury, not just a judge.

Do you think Google was just blowing smoke? Or is Google an intelligent company? If so - then perhaps they were onto something by warning Samcopy not to copy Apple's patents. Regardless of what the corrupt judicial systems all over the world say - the US judge got it right!

[deleted post]Wow you fail!!!! So you think Foxconn only makes stuff for Apple? DO SOME RESEARCH and see just how many companies they manufacture products for. The only reason you know about some of the things going on at Foxconn is because APPLE THEMSELVES conducted audits and found negligence... HELLO!!! This is not a violation of human rights. If anything the OTHER companies are the violators for turning away from the problem, or not even conducting audits.
As for copying, there is some sort of copying in every company. Apple is certainly not the mother of all copy cats... SAMSUCK is!

Piracy is illegitimate in every part of the globe, can you please explain why global countries supported Samsung instead of Apple… Well, everyone knows apple never invented anything, they brought features from companies and patent it and then improved it… Samsung did the same thing, the improved on what Apple lack, and to be honest it still lack… at this time only, SGS3 and HOX are champions, Apple even tried to ban sales of HOX in US, in the view of the fact that they can’t face another competition from a different company in their homeland as they are already suffering because of Samsung’s innovation and improvement since Samsung outperform iPhones In features, specs, performance, power, battery, and list goes on…

Samsung has taken from iphone what windows has taken from mac.......copycats. Their galaxy series has proved that awesomeness of iphone user-interface can be countered by pale and sub standard versions as available in galaxy series.

In Germany, they later changed their inital ruling, and Samsung was freed.
In UK, samsung was freed.
Those are two European countries.
In Korea, Samsung was freed on most charges.
In Japan, Samsung war freed.
So the only thing geografical about is, is the win of Apple in USA, the rulings for Samsung are coming in from all over the world.
