Tsk.. Tsk.. Does anyone here in their right mind is with apple on this case? Poor apple, can't innovate. And now they lost their marbles. All who have used and apple device, whatever size it is, pad or pod, Its the same thing. Yes they have add on features. But thats just it. Apple is stuck, really BAD! They cannot advance anymore when it comes to technology and innovation. BooHooo!!! It will take more than a promised iphone5 6 7 8 9 and 10 to convince the judge and the jury for this one.

I am Apple Fan and I owe most of their devices. But I disagree with all these law sues between this companies. Apple getting much behind now in development and improvement of their products by being so busy in court. Even samsung could be using few of Apple Patent but in main time their devices has much more advantage over Apple products such as Galaxy S 3 or New 10.1 Note.
I do own iPhone and iPad both plus Galaxy S 3 and New Note 10.1. The Samsung devices by far better. Apple problem is keep making decision is what they think consumers need and no care about what consumers would like to see. Everything Apple do tie you up to iTun and find a way to cash out from everything on their devices, doing on such as music or Game Zone and so on.
The solution to this like old days pay loyalties to each other at a fair value and not the big amount Apple is asking from others to pay. Apple wants to be the only sole supplier of Smartphone but never going to happen. Court should be forcing for all of them to pay loyalties to each other for any patents and stop this non sense. Apple please go improve you products beside making new version of iPhone with faster CPU and slightly bigger screen. Tired hearing all these law sues and we really no care.

Apple created the 1st rectangular phone with round edge, they created square icons with round edge, they created swipe to unlock, they created the first FaceTime (*ahem video call which i've seen no1 use b4*) and they come up Siri! and it's the best smartphone yet.... *sarcasm*

This is outrageous! Apple has no balls whatsoever! If Apple thinks this is favorable to them, I dont think so. You may win in the courts but you'll lose your place in ours. Its obvious you are afraid to lose your market share in U.S. coz Samsung is pwning you. I hate APPLE! BOYCOTT APPLE!

The thing is there too many people out who will just buy capple and don't care or take notice to whats going on in the court room and never will, so theres no point getting mad about just don't by their products thats how you hurt a company.
