NOKIA
MOTOROLA
In fact all the other phone manufacturers because you will find patent infringements in all of them i think you have gone over board this time..maybe its Apples intent to destroy the mobile phone market and as said before all the things we have seen were done years ago on devices like the Nokia N95 etc..

I think it is time Google and Microsoft step up and sue this badass Apple out of this universe. Hell, Smartfones and search engines patents were long establish before the first iShet! Kudos to the Jury.

haha! i always tot USA is a free country or at least freer country but will Apple ruling the court, it's going back towards the stone age! let's see how the supposedly superior court will act now as Apple is becoming more ridiculous by the day. well, Malaysia just had it's Merdeka Day but going by the ridiculous Apple ruling the judiciary in USA, i'm much more happier that i'm living in Malaysia! lolz!

Android using companies should join forces and eliminate that rotten apple. That rotten apple will just contaminate all people with their rotten pieces of ****. As a matter of fact, Google can file a case agains apple because of the notification drawer that the ios has. Apple copied that from Google.

I've heard "if you cannot win your opponent...buy them over..." not sue them... I've read somewhere that Apple will be one of the companies to go bankrupt next year according to err idk 24th street's prediction or some sort

I feel disappointed with this decision Apple had every right to take Samsung to court for it was clear they were copying both in hardware and software.
However Apples now intent on a form of genocide to ride it self of Samsung and this is wrong lets not forget some of things Apple has copied the pull down notification from Android and the notification system its self rotating in the top of the device and many more.

How come there are no indications on what patents or designs are infringing? If it is software, these can be fixed in a new version! It cannot be design this time round. However indeed it is fishy how only the US found Samsung guilty. Might be because they have more intellectual property in the US. Samsung should put more effort to file innovations as patents. Apple copies from Android which is open source and no one can stop them! If I was a Samsung lawyer, I would publish everything that has been copied by Apple.
