loooool ... This is getting ridiculously funny. This lame behavior really shows how much Apple is losing creativity and ability to compete. Ok, Go Apple and ban all these Samsung devices. But don't worry, you will be smashed sooner or later by the new era of Win 8.

I really can't believe this. How much do Apple think they own? Different courts around the world have given different opinions on this drawn out process, as is life. To want to come up with more things to ban is just ridiculous.

I used iphone earlier and there is nothing similar with samsung. the only copied thing i noticed is that ios 5 copied android drop-down notification..

Has anyone ever even met anyone that has mistakenly bought a Samsung phone for an Iphone or even vice versa.
I'm just waiting to hear about a court case where someone steals a Bugatti Veyron in mistake for their own Honda Accord, just imagine their defence "Well your honour, I really thought it was my car, it had wheels at each corner etc, i'm the same with phones too"

What is rotten about this.either the laws are wrong.but apple is well within its right to file cases if it believes that it's patents have been violated.whether we like it or not APPLE is truly an innovative company although it's products are very expensive.

Of course, ideal for Apple would be for EVERYONE to be banned so they'd be the only ones selling RPhones and RPads. Bunch of retards, make something really new and innovative, because all they do is collect bunch of ordinary things we use for ages already and make big deal out of it and then sue everyone who also happen to use some similar thing (surprise surprise if it's an ordinary thing).
Apple fanboys will be jumping in joy but in reality, such pathetic corporate behavior is in the end ALWAYS bad for consumers (yes, even those die hard Apple fanboys, they are just too stupid to realize it).
Only thing that Apple does is to make me hate Apple even more and will probably in sense of being a rebel inspire me even more to buy competitor's products just to freakin annoy Apple.

This is getting boring... Are apple company broke which they had to stop and ban from other manufacturer for patent issues. Why no sense of competitiveness. Why not ban the fake iphone in china where they copy the design 100%. If it's due to app or whatsoever... who cares... let the consumers decides...

They will definitely lose this round as the Galaxy S3 looks nothing like the iPhone repeat the GALAXY S3 looks nothing like an iPhone. Apple must be ashamed of itself, they know Samsung's Galaxy S3 is years ahead of their upcoming iPhone 5.
