[deleted post]If this is what you think. Than every company should take each other to court for copying each other design. All car makers copy from each other ether and just alter small details of the final product. All laptops almost look alike and computer hardware are all almost alike and not to mention we as human have copy from our friends homework and copy from books and picture But it is who can copy and make it even better and thats who things improve. unlike apple. they made a good product and now eveybody is bidding to make that product even better and apple has no answer so they have to go with these childish games to get what they want and STOP progress with smartphones as they aren't the leader anymore

WHOA people, the UN peace keepers aren't in at the moment.
I could understand that Samsung COULD have copied the Iphone IF it looked identical and had an apple logo on the back but it doesn't. How can you have a copy if it doesn't copy the original.
Imagine using a photocopier to do a copy only to find that what it prints out isn't the same as the original, would you still say it is a copy even if it different.

apple has taken right step. Quality of apple products are very high compared to other brands. employees working under apple, they gather and make their own idea, innovation or whatever you say . . . . .
what if sumone copy your work and put it in own product.
Its not easy to win lawsuit, samsung mobiles which infringement lawsuit of apple has to go indeph test and are inspected sharply to get proved. Cant samsung use their own ideas, designs ?
I know multitouch & pinch to zoom are in many mobiles, but every mobiles has their code and way it works.
but how these things work in samsung matches to apple(you will only know with indepth inspection of mobiles which were done in court).

ya samsung was the first to start this war and it seem that they are totally sourrended by that war. i have never hated any brand, i have always loved all but this couple of years back, cell phone is on the war. for the profit that means by cheat. if Apple wanted to do this lawsuit that, they could have done at the same time samsung had started to copy it but they didnot and samsung started to this war and hoping it to finish it as soon as possible.

USA mobiles industry is based on PROFITS before PEOPLE.. most usa consumers often complain BITTERLY publically in media .. TIME apple inc. show true leadership UPFRONT.

This is totally idiotic of Apple , and a bad way to Eliminate competition on their part. They want to earn easy money on their home turf , as their products are loosing their market foothold to affordable and feature rich Android . I am not a fanboy , but such cheap tactics in the face of competition should be discouraged by consumers for any company(not only apple).
Apple is lost without the great Steve Jobs!

I know on the consumer point, people are hurt by apple's decision, for this apple should not be blammed rather this has happened because of Samsung, they have distracted the people by their copied ones and now consumers are getting affected for Samsung's act. see poor german car manufacturers, they are very much affected by korean brands like kia and hyundai. i stand by my word that all korean brands/designs are copied, nothing created by their own... i too have an motorola atrix 2 , the android one and also the iphone, but iphone rocksssssss

I wish we knew for sure what percentage of Apple/Iphone users are really fed up with how Apple are behaving in this constant court case fiasco. I think those who are blinkered in life will continue to think they can't do anything wrong no matter what they day.
