Apple support seems to be dwindling, posts across the web now overwhelming support sammy. Did I mention apple got granted a patient for word completion? Auto fill and preemptive text have been around for ever!!!! Apple are patienting common old well used forever features, APPLe auto complete and missed call lists are NOT YOUR inventions!!!!!!

For those who say that every phone coming with touch screen, rounded corners, flat front face, wifi,cpu is the copy of iphone.......just go and google about lg prada.....it has all these things one year before the realese of iphone........
if anyone who can sue others including apple it should be lg and prada.......

My phone doesn't have two physical processors, so I should sue everyone that makes processors!? USB was hardly invented by Apple either. So Apple could also sue all PC manufacturers that have USB ports now! When will this nonsense stop? I live for the day Apple go bust now.

Apple were granted 8 new patients by the US patient office after the launch of the s3. One was missed call management another was using any gesture on a picture to unlock. Miss call management has been in every phone for years so how can apple patient that? Also the s3 uses a gesture on an image to unlock idevice's use a slide bar to unlock. So how can apple patient that? Sammys own s3 innovation patented by apple??? What??? I loved apple, had ALL their products, I have a s3 too, its nothing like the iphone, never again will I buy from apple.

I have lost all respect for apple, the older SGS and Tab did borrow heavily from the iPhone, but patienting "missed calls management" on a handheld computer, or "using a gesture on an image to unlock". These are two new patients that apple are saying the SGS 3 infringed. Missed calls management has been in every phone for over 20 years, and the s3 uses a gesture on a picture to unlock, they replaced slide to unlock with a gesture on a picture, a Samsung innovation!!!, the iphone has never done that, so apple patient a Samsung innovation? And a 20 year old missed calls management?? These patients were just granted to apple??? I will never buy apple again, I had iphone, mac and pad, my s3 is nothing like them, sammy all the way now.

Then if another company copies their design then they have to really access if there is a similarity between their products and their competitions. Its not just blindly suing every company. Just because Apple lost their case in Japan they want to file another lawsuit to get their money back. Apple will lose.

@iSJ5, what original hardware are you talking about, Apple is world's no.1 semiconductor buyer. Chips, CPU, GPU, displays and even their own chipsets are manufactured by others. Apple only assemble these parts in their factory.
Do you think Samsung and other manufacturer are stupid who supply parts to Apple will provide better parts and use cheap built parts in their own smartphone?

You have users of many different makes of mobile saying how wrong Apple are, you've even got Apple users saying how wrong they are. Yet you have the few people who are so determined that anything said against Apple is a like a personal attack on themselves.(Almost as if mentally conditioned (brainwashed))
Can WE come up with a solution though to how this court case fiasco can be sorted out?

its funny that apple files cases against samsung when most of their part are from samsung....like the screens in every touchscreen phone in the big brand world is made by samsung.......sony,iphone,nokia,htc,lg and motorola all depend on samsung screens
