      it's not a consumer phone, for pro market, with micro hdmi, lag free experience for film makers, possible second screen for cameras, as it's super niche, no need to be released along with the consumer variant xperia 1ii.

                Just like MKBD said, this is one of the main problem, it took them too long to ready the stock and the hype is already died down.
                Well if this one have updated chipset SD 888 Ill give it thumbs up.

                    Before haters hate, in february when 1ii and 10ii were announced, Sony announced the development of this device. Not the official device.
                    It is like when Canon announced they were working on a camera called R5.

                    This one will probably be business phone. None interested in it is gonna change mind because it does not have SD888. It is not main purpose of the device.

                      Lol and people wonder why they barely scratch 500,000 per quarter. Their launching strategy has been horrible for years. Its as if they try not to sell phones. They announce the phone, wait for the hype to die down, and then release it.
