That you have to use a tiny screen, in which to make calls, reply to messages, etc when 5 seconds later you can look at your phone, the withing watches are more of a sports watch with smart features than a full smartwatch. But still one-month battery life

People are not bother about blood sugar level unless they have high blood sugar, but a meal that make our blood sugar level up and down like roller coaster will definitely harm to our blood vessels, this is definitely a watch that we need, but accuratecy is a must

Perhaps the simple fact it is not a Smartwatch and therefor non-comparable.
However it certainly does make a great health wearable even if it is on the extremely expensive side.

When they implement this it's probably gonna suck ass with it's inaccuracies but hey this is just a first gen and it's definitely gonna improve, props to them for working on this feature 'cause a lot of people actually really need this.
Hopefully they also add in a thermometer in the watch.
