And earn more Samsung grudgers as audiance. Do you want a proof? The only way you can prove it is to buy it lol - otherwise, there will be counter-argument to every evidence, it's internet dude ... just like the myth of fragile front camera glass, snapping sporadically

So how exactly were you able to trick the camera into taking a picture from your PC screen? I'm not saying you're lying, but I'm genuinely curious as to what you've seen.

So yes we only see one side of the moon, but there is a slight variance in what we see. So this exercise is the valid!

On my phone the image was way clearer and everything was fixed. Aristarchus was back and there was only one Plato.
                Who shot the aristarchus!?

I took a photo of the moon last night and it looks identical to the one taken on here. It seems unlikely the moon features would be in exactly the same place. Bit of a coincidence. So its look fake

Maybe you should get your Sony lens in focus before posting this bull***. I've shot Moon with A7 and similar (old manual) lens and there is no way outcome can be this bad unless you have no idea what you are doing or you are intentionally misleading (I'd say it's the later).

It's fake. See here what I did to show it's fake https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=czATYoPDB44

Shady69, 30 Jan 2021at least we can all agree that the moon landing was fake. No, the moon landings weren't faked. Conspiracy theories will never die because irresponsible people source their news from social media and fake news sites and share them to friends without fact checking. And yes, even famous basketball star Stephen Curry got duped into believing the fake conspiracy stories (that the moon landings were fake).

I still have Moon shots with the last cheap super-zoom I used for traveling, it was Canon or Nikon, I can't remember, and it went to 40x. I don't think I used a tripod, just propping the camera to hold it as steady as possible. It looked much like the Samsung shot in this article and I remember being pleased. It's very strange that the Sony did so poorly.

It is just a blurry mess because it isnt focused right. The moon is sometimes tricky because it is very bright and does not have a lot of texture, and sometimes it fools the autofocus. It is better to focus somewhere else far before pointing to the moon.

I have taken (way) better moon photos with a crop sensor camera from 2015 (Nikon J5, actually one of the smallest sensors out there) and the 70-300 zoom
(in raw, taking care of not blowing the highlights, without tripod as the moon is pretty bright, the shutter speed is high and VR is usually effective).
