We have some performance numbers of our own to go over and examine.

I think sd888 is better than exynos in many ways . Samsung still want to make a money from their exynos .

TheAccountant, 08 Feb 2021Speed test G tells different story when it comes to GPU. It's about 2.5 weeks since the speedtest g, so there could be software updates that optimized the exynos variant.

If speed test g reflected real world performance, even 3d game played on exynos gpu would be stuttering like crazy but that's not the case.

More like, Samsung nerfs Snapdragon to Exynos level. IQOO 7 could push Snapdragon 888 beyond 700,000 score in Antutu and it's only a first quarter. I imagine Xiaomi, BBK and Asus with its gaming phone could easily push it beyond 750,000 down the road while leaving Samsung behind.

lol. wtf is this? i'd rather wait Anandtechs post about this. even if this were true, the Exynos could be using so much power and might throttle in longer workloads.

This is awesome. Practically neck and neck. This means the next exynos with amd is going to blow everything out of the water

The s1 ultra has an exynos 2100? Didnt even know that phone existed, let alone it being so modern

"Plus, the Snapdragon 888 also has the edge in terms of power efficiency per watt and hence an ever slightly-better overall battery endurance inside the Galaxy S21 Ultra."

The linked article actually claims that exynos has better battery endurance.
Waiting for your own battery test results to be published.

                              Fake benchmark scores

                                GSMA quality is going south!
                                What about sustained performance?
Back in the days GSMA was the only good source but these days youtube has taken over. If you guys want to stay relevant, do better!

                                    How about battery life?

I think SD is still ahead but only by 3-4% it's not like last year when Exynos version was complete shit

Please GSMArena, do these test while marking the CPU temp. There is apparently much difference and don't start me on general throttle and ISP :/
