K40 is expected to be under 300 euro as around 280 euro. Redmi note 9 Pro was already around 260 euro so no way the note 10 Pro would be around 200 euro. The price have gone up on Xiaomi redmi series. 3 years ago i bought redmi note 5 pro for 170 euro as the 3/32GB version. When the note 9 Pro come out it was around 260 euro the cheapest version. Why would it cost less with so much in updated hardware and screen as the AMOLED is more expensive then LCD

I bet the amoled display will only be for the Redmi note 10 and that too at just 60hz.
Redmi note 10 pro will definitely only get LCD display but with 120hz refresh rate. Expecting HRR OLED on pro model is stupid because there is already recently launched Mi10i [or Mi 10T lite] at slightly higher price point with 120hz LCD and they obviously won't destroy it by giving better specs at less price.
And for a same reason Xiaomi will definitely sell K40 at a significantly higher price point, closer to vanilla Mi 10T

There is a rule for a tyrant is that you cannot criticize it/them and OLED fans falls in line with that
They don't like monopolies and cry for best price to performance ratio then ironically want a MONOPOLY of OLED technology and if that ever happens these same people will have Thier favourite technology weaker
Because no competition of tech...

Don't know why folks rave about amoled screens, I deliberately bought a Poco X3 NFC because it's got an lcd screen. Amoled hurts my eyes and I actually prefer lcd to amoled. Plus there's no burn in which affects amoled screens. I know people will say more vibrant colours, deep blacks and aod displays (actually Nokia did an aod display on an lcd screen with the lumia 920 over 5 years ago) etc but personally I don't see lcd as a negative and along with the other specs like 120hz refresh and 240hz touch sampling I love the pocos screen and hope they keep it on the next gen model.

oled/amoled is just BS from marketing team to make them like an upgrade, actually not an upgrade. This panel type have high degradation rate is doesnt mean more better than ips panel.
The Most gimmick feature from oled display are can be found on ips panel, since is not exclusively to oled except oled degradation problem lol

Most markets where the Note 10 will be launching would not be having 5G connectivity in the next 3 years or more..
So how is a feature you are most likely never going to use in the lifespan of the device a better option than a feature you are going to use every day?
