1. Marketing: Retailers just don't wish to sell them, a customer goes through hell just trying to buy a LG. I want them to avoid TV, Cinema, mainstream marketing to keep costs low (just like right now), but just give shopkeepers the margin, or have a solid online presence.

2. A little bit more attention on software, a little bug fixing and some extra features would help.

3. New releases more often please? Where's your SD 865 or 888 device in India?

I hope LG Will not shut down its mobile phones business..because LG phones have way more quality other than branded phones..
Just fight not only for your brand but also for the customer.. who wait for your truly quality phones.

Well, so long LG! V20 and V30 were great, I was hoping for a decent replacement for years, but you never did it... I hope you will not kill your TV's and washing machines! :)

Peoples choose cheaper phones nowadays not considered about the quality. That's why LG and Sony phones get low shipping.

That's so sad. I was looking forward to the v70 as my only viable upgrade to my note 10 😥

It is possible that LG flagship phones will likely delay until May just like when LG g7 thinq series launches with high end features and last years velvet as well. So please guys let’s be patient and wait for it to happen.

Because of LG's stupid moves, I'm switching to Pixel. I was looking forward to a V70 and a G9 in the past, but it looks like they will never happen. If you are going to suck with everything LG, you lost me as a customer!

Firewarrior96, 04 Mar 2021even for V60 , you see V60 has everything S20 and S20+ offe... moreNow that you mention the S20 FE, I can see your point now. The S20 FE 5G cost about $100 more than the Velvet 5G without the DualScreen case, at least in the USA. The only thing where the LG phone lost to the Samsung phone is the chipset and camera hardware. The LG phone has MIL-STD certification, a 3.5mm audio jack, a glass back finish, and the optional detachable secondary screen. While both phones have their own iteration of Desktop Mode, the S20 FE can only be used wirelessly whereas the Velvet can go wired. So for LG USA to sell the Velvet 5G for $100 less than the S20 FE 5G with that kind of hardware advantage is something that really cannot be ignored.

YUKI93, 03 Mar 2021I can understand why you say that the price argument is lam... moreeven for V60 , you see V60 has everything S20 and S20+ offers except for QHD display but again at cheaper price than the base S20 , also you can grab V60 with dual screen the same as S20 at that time . so V60 pricing were right the issue was a proper marketing .

my point about velvet was the comparison he missed to do with S20 FE
you got two phones at similar price the different was velvet sporting all bells and whistles for design but with sd765G in contrast to S20 FE plasticy but with sd865 .
so again you can't ask LG to for high grade phone MIL-STD , IP rating premium design for just 400$ .

I do understand they have failed over these years, but a company that is that huge and with a good reputation of being pioneer in many things, should try with a few changes including strategy. I am a LG fan and been waiting for this "rainbow/V70" since forever!!!
