Dear Samsung, whats the use of high res sensor if you dont use it at intermediate zoom?
Learn from Huawei. Fusion/Super Res algorithm put in a good use, making focal length between each optical zoom in high quality. Not just crop & upscale it. I can get high quality output at 35, 50, 70mm FL on my P40 SOOC. It even beat a phone using dedicated telephoto using that FL.

When Samsung has revealed ISOCELL 2.0 Technology five months ago, it also announced that S5KGM5 would use it.

Samsung phones, no matter how good their sensor is, their image quality will always be behind those who use the same sensor or even worse sensor. S21 Ultra, which has the same sensor size as Mate 40 Pro and has OIS, takes worse shots in auto mode at night than Mate 40 Pro (which doesn't have OIS), and also the dynamic range is lacking. What's worse about samsung images is that details quickly become oil paintings and at lowlight, shots without Night mode are as noisy as grains of salt.
