In order to be a true F1 successor it needs to have the hottest currently available chipset just as the F1 did - and neither of these offerings has an 888.
Compromises could have been made in other areas, but not there IMHO.
Also the camera downgrade in the X3 Pro means that that device isn't really an upgrade over the X3 NFC. It's just another flavor of it.
Camera or performance. Pick one. Neither is really "better" than the other as a complete package as far as I can see.
Xiaomi just reheated 2 phones that it has already released basically.
That said, everything has a price, and the price a phone is selling for is the difference between a winner and a loser, and I think that the X3 Pro is overpriced considering the above compromises and the fact that it is essentially last years phone refreshed. Knock off, say, 50 Euros and they'll certainly have my attention though.

Should I buy the F3 or the mi 10t(not the pro version), I can't decide.
Both will be priced at $300 on March 27.

I'm quite disappointed with X3 Pro. Downgraded camera, still an LCD display, and a chipset with no 5G connectivity. What were the designers of this phone thinking?

How is this trash? You're getting a flagship-grade chipset in a very good midrange platform, for less than €300. No 5G, of course, but set your expectations accordingly. Like many have said before, 5G isn't widespread yet. And even if you're in areas with decent coverage, currently for the average user, the experience between the two is barely noticeable. 4G is more than enough for now.
For the 120hz scroll smear problem, seriously, have you ever owned a Poco X3 NFC? It's mostly a non-issue unless you're comparing it to those of flagships'. Of course it's not gonna hold a candle to them. But getting a 120hz panel at that phone's price range is something else already. Again, adjust your expectations.

I would hold off on the X3 Pro for the time being. Just watched a review online and it's a walking furnace. It gets up to 50 degrees celsius after an hour of gaming and I think that's madness.
Even the Helio G90T that the Qualcomm fanboys bashed would get up to 45 max if you really pushed it to it's limits.
But I can't wait to hear excuses on Qualcomms part lol.
You go Mediatek and show them how it's done!

Poco F3 is an elder 5G sibling to Redmi note 10 pro max which everyone wanted!!
Next device target set! Indian price around 20-25k would be great that is IF someone else doesnt launch a different option! (wink wink realme 8 series with 720g is already dead lol)

The Poco X3 pro will wreak havoc in Euro 250 - 500 segment (of other brand).
I think this will be the phone of the Gen Z and perhaps Gen Y.

Dang it Poco... I just bought x3 nfc 2 month ago ... And now this... The pricing is really tempting.. and for sure pricing in my country will be a bit cheaper than European pricing.
