Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra puts its Snapdragon 888 chipset to the Geekbench test

The Mi 11 Ultra, Pro and Lite will be unveiled Monday next week. The Ultra will pack some next generation battery technology.

I'd like to see the Geekbench results vs the 'China only' geekebench variant that was used before. Then we should put other brands in both tests to see how they stack up against each other.

            People outside of the EU use it as well. It is the perfect example of something that comes under the label "Global software". It can't be called Gloanl ROM as global ROM is something that is officially rolled out for Global users. It can't be called china ROM as it is tweaked for European users and doesn't have a hint of Chinese bloatware.

              Global ROM is something official from Xiaomi. This is why he used the phrase "global software". You are assuming global ROM and going on some Chinese phone h@te rant.

              The site "giztop" mentioned here also has global software written on their page, it's not Global ROM.
              Global software means China ROM with play services and play Store out of the box....... which is suitable for Global users.
              Global software is different from global ROM.

All the models released by Xiaomi this year came with the fastest possible charger in the box i.e. Mi 11, Poco F3, Redmi Note 10 Pro etc. Even last year's Mi 10 Ultra came with 120W charger in the box.

                                    First of all, I got it a few months back... I checked current pricing, you are right, it does cost 80€ more... But it's for the 12/256gb variant. The one I purchased was the 8/128gb transparent edition. And when I bought it... They were offering 2 year warranty... Maybe that was to attract buyers...dont really know.

                                    Secondly, I never said global ROM, I said global software.
                                    Back in the day, Mi phones were China only and third party retailers would put additional language pack for European users along with play services, etc making it global software.
                                    Some even used to sell Mi phones with EU ROM pre-installed.

                                    The MI 10 ultra in China doesn't come with Google Apps pre-installed.
                                    The one I got already had these things minus some Chinese bloat...basically it wasn't exactly the stock Chinese ROM that you get with the phone in China

                                      Giztop offers chinese version of Mi 10 ultra.
                                      Beside only a stupid would believe your claim. Mi 10 ultra was released in China only.
                                      So, there is no global software.
                                      I don't see any warranty claim either.
                                      EU warehouse device also costs a lot higher. 80 euros higher.
