Can't say anything about Ultra as it's not available in Europe really.
To be honest I'm not sure all options of Mi11 will be available in Europe.

The seem to cut the price of their mass market models more. The cameras on the mi11 ultra are likely to be the best this year so far. Would be surprised if the release price isn't higher than the mi10 ultra on release. Guessing 5,999rmb which would be the same as the find x3 pro

You could ship the phone with an 100watt charger but the charging speed will be mostly dictated by what the battery can take and the bms instructions.
To sensibly lower the charging times you either lower the battery life expectancy or improve the battery chemistry/lower internal resistance, keep increasing the peak charging power can only do so much as it only achieved for short periods of time, in the end what's important is the average C rate.
A 5000mAh battery holds 22Wh at 4.4V , if be battery is able to take all the charge it can gets a 67W charger would be able to fill to 100% in 20 minutes.
What Xiaomi is doing is better than just playing big peak numbers on chargers.

The mi 11 ultra is going to be expensive if it goes to the the UK. At least £1,000. Wonder if the market for premium Xiaomi phones over £1,000 is big enough to make it worth their while

We don't really need that much faster charging as compared to larger capacity but smaller size battery so the phones don't keep getting larger.

Presumably the maximum charging speed will be faster than 67w and they're just expecting people to pay for the top speed one. This has been happening more lately. Throw a charger in the box with a slower charger and sell a faster version for extra.
