Stop spreading the plague that you are. Why would you buy a device as its features are "useless" to you to begin with? Can't you decide for yourself?

I love no notch/punchhole design. Literally no other flagship except ASUS ROG providing this option.
I love 3.5mm as an option especially while gaming and listening TIDAL. Do you even stream these kind of music streaming apps????

Bluetooth still isn't capable of low latency, high fidelity, or robust operation in an office environment. Nobody wants to carry a USB-C audio adapter or, worse, an adapter and charging splitter.
Sony is advertising gaming, compact video recording, and high-fi audio in their promotional video. All of that needs a dedicated audio port. It doesn't have to be a 3.5mm jack, but that's way smaller than another port or adapter.

seems like no compact phone launch as such.... 1 iii for sure but no 10 iii info yet .... plus will they launch in india?

Another over $1k with archaic headphone jack and other things that nobody really need anymore. Pretty sure that photos quality will be as crappy as before. I'm saying it as an ex owner of Xperia 5 II. It was really bad in this regard. Don't think that new one will be any better. Too little too late Sony. Too many great camera-phones have been released already. I'd rather get Galaxy S21 Ultra which will be much cheaper by the time Xperia 1 III hits the shelves somewhere....

If there is no periscope lens and minimum 4500mah @40watt charging battery considering Sony price tag. This is flop again then.

- charging is more than 21W, no info about the value. Also no info about reverse charging so far.
- there is periscope, rumor says 120mm. No real info about sensor size/resolution.
- no info on size/resolution of Wide and ultra wide. They do look bit larger compared to 1ii.
- brighter screen, but I doubt over 800. No way with that high pixel density and much smaller pixels than other phones ( bigger pixels on oled can reach more brightness)
- even better calibration than 1ii for screen
Expect that basic stuff like SD888, gorilla virtus, ufs3.1, ram ddr5, IP68, dolby atmos, front speakers
Video is named " 3 is the magic number". I think I know what's about, but cant say because I have no proof of that.

I have the Xperia 1 II and it's pretty awful. Android 11 sucks, their customer support team sucks. Save yourself some time and just get a Samsung or down other manufacturers that actually care about user experience.
The pro camera and pro video apps suck too. Filmic pro is better, and there are tons of better camera apps for photos.

These specs could make a huge impact, if there will be only minor changes it will be not enough. Ok, one thing is certain, it will have a periscope camera, and the 64 MP resolution could be true. Why? They might use 8K video recording.
