The iPhone may or may not have them.
Apple design iOS the way they want to and people choose to use it. iOS 6 already has had 100 million downloads.
As I said, whatever anyone says on here there is nothing you can do about it. The people are voting with their wallets and the iPhone 5 is going to be amongst the most successful smartphones ever made.

I'm not a fanboy of any but a hardcore tech lover. And before you jump on your bandwagon again, let me tell you i own both an Ipad2 (upgraded to ios6) and an SGS3. In the end its all about personal preference. IOS and Android both have their strong and weak points. Neither would want to outdo the other as they both cater to 2 different sets of individuals. Iphone/ipad is for those who like things simple and straightforward. Android is for those who like the same, yet would like to have the window open to do more (customization). So, try to rationalize your argument before making bold and at times unhealthy (vomit!!?) claims. In the end whether you have IP5 or SGS3, you can be sure that you hold a marvel of technology. Food for thought :)

Someone, 26 Sep 2012I bet almost everyone commenting has never even seen an iPh... moreActually you may be right, they haven't seen it in real life because it's not yet available in their country.Iphone 5 is not a threat, it's actualy an old technology with few advancements.
Let's put it this way, the best and greatest phone? how come I can't use it as mobile storage in any pc, I can't replace battery (well technically you can replace it but you have to go to your nearest apple center), I can't share files to othe devices via bluetooth and It doesn't have memory card slot.
Those features are available on almost all smartphones in the market. A smartphone with a high pricetag should be able to do those basic things IMO.

Every Android lags, that's how it's made. Android never competed with iOS, never will, just get it straight. Maybe symbian is better than Android.

You see the iPhone 5 as a threat. Why? I don't know. Because you see the iPhone 5 as a threat you come up with all sorts of negativity because your favourite phone isn't the hot topic.
Listen guys, the benchmarks are out, the reviews are out.
iPhone 5 is one of the fastest phones ever made, has one of the best quality screens and camera on a smartphone. Has the best selection of apps. Has maybe the best smartphone OS. Is amongst the thinnest smartphone.
Face it guys, iPhone 5 is amongst the greatest smartphones ever made. Whether you like it or not. Your negativity doesn't change this fact and the general public don't care about your negativity - as the sales have clearly shown.

i have android and two of my friends have SGS3
and none of us have lags
even my friend with HTC Senstation after moving to AOKP JB dont have lags..

That's because the benchmarks is not optimised for Quad-cores.. They only support two cores. And Apple did okay to come close to S3. Wait till after optimization then A6 will be smoked by S3's quad core.

And who made this chip? Of course Samsung... if the CPU is the best what apple can afford for the iphone 5, I want to see what they do for the iphone 5s (or 6) whithout Samsung.

Nothing is impressive about this phone, scratches from the box, only 4 inch screen, and not the best performance in a market, s3 have better CPU, and s4 pro chipset phones easily beating iPhone 5 to pieces, only one advantage is gpu which is really good 3 cores, but adreno 320 is almost equally good with 1 core, imagine if you put 3 cores, iPhone 5 gpu will not have any chance, iPhone 5 is not worth money apple asking and is really falling behind against Samsung s3 and note 2 and upcoming s4 pro phones
