My s20 is 14 month old, did update 15.april, my screen goes white and flickers once I open it, I can only use it in dark mode without flickering. Just discovered on forums it is common error. Terrible Samsung doesn't inform us and from what I read makes customers buy new screen!

I am facing similar issues from past 1 month
1. The screen goes completely off and black. I need to force restart my phone using power and volume down button to get the phone to work again
2. Sometimes while switching between apps I see white lines on screen
I am avoiding visit to Samsung care as they would advise screen replacement with high charges claiming water damage (This seems to be the ideal fix for all display issues basis my earlier experience with my other samsung phones)

samsung s20 ultra 5g which i bought one year back started giving me problems with touch screen. now is it is green .
better to buy cheap phones than samsung. what kind of company is this ?

samsung phone are useless device... for several years i have been using their flagship phones, problems ;- over heating, screen flickering and the hangs even you have 12gb..
so, better not to buy.. waste of money .

hi, if i want to get the best phone at camera , and performance with 100$ differnce between them , which sould i get? the s20 fe 5g or a52 5g? does s20 fe snapdragon chip more recommended than exynos?
does s20fe 5g has screen issues? thank you.

Random White lines appearing since last 1 month occasionally. Phone is on latest Update & all Apps are updated. Tried contacting Service Center twice but they just reinstall software. Nothing changed. Mine is 4g and from India. Anyone else faced this kind of issue, please let me know.

Verizon to att and i have the 5g bar and it's only pulling 20 mgbs .. verizon 4g was pulling over 150 for me ...and the Samsung s20fe is garbage ..changed 3 phones and still having issues . Can't receive mms photos . Att is a joke .

Maybe being so big means they don't give a rat's ass about one customer complaining. That's why class action lawsuits where customers come together and form a collective are so important to bringing justice and getting their attention. At the moment, they don't give a damn. After a broken TV and smartphone, I won't touch one again. Where's the Note 7-style recall Samsung??? No, you'll instead hide the issue with software updates and pretend it doesn't exist until warranties expire. YOU WON'T TAKE ADVANTAGE OF ME, SAMSUNG, AND YOUR PATHETIC EXCUSE "SERVICE" DEPARTMENTS.

They circumvent consumer law and constantly sell lemon phones that self destruct when they push updates. Don't let them cut corners, use your money wisely, and show them they're not getting your money! Disgusting practices from a brand for such a major company with mounds of R&D funds - so disappointing, and most importantly incredibly infuriating for the hundreds of thousands of people experiencing issues every day with their new phones. I can see why people buy iPhones, they walk into Apple stores conveniently located, get a free repair. If that doesn't fix it, the device is replaced. I had this experience myself, so have my friends and other people I've read online! Instead I'll have to go with an affordable phone until I wait for the Sony 5 III, a brand I've had excellent experiences with. Very durable phones that rarely have hardware quality issues and are designed well to last. Shame on Samsung, you should be better and are sorely letting Android down, giving it a bad name due to your shoddy or rushed manufacturing, cost cutting and product designs.

I called Samsung and they said I have to send my phone for repair, like it only happened to me. It's a major issue, and Samsung is covering it up. Really frustrating!
