Sony Xperia 1 III and 5 III announced with 120Hz screens, variable telephoto lenses

Shui8, 15 Apr 2021Mi11 Ultra telephoto much more bigger, better than 1iii dua... moreActually the Mi11 ultra 120x zoom is at almost single pixel resolution. It's main camerasIis superb, but the zoom is ok. Because it crops too much digitally within the optical zoom levels.

    I am Surprised that NOBODY noticed, that this is the First Smartphone with a Periscope Zoom, that includes TWO FOCAL LENTHS WITHIN ONE SINGLE PERISCOPE MODULE (3x and 4.4x zoom). I was just imagining something like this with 5 different focal lengths within one single module. Though I wasn't sure how good the OIS would be.
    If smartphone makers can manage 3 focal lengths within one periscope zoom module, we could see even further focal lengths, and more levels of zoom.

Not to mention intermediate zoom between x1 to x5, Super Res are used by the main biggest sensor. UWA one of the best as well. By hardware alone, 1iii are left far behind.

          Cant wait for this 1iii came out, so that it can be compared with it, let see how far those 'Photo Pro' can go. The CinemaPro is quite good, no doubt about that. But again, hardware limitation cant go far.

Even that bloody mechanical shutter button messes up with focus, especially in light condition different from ideal.Obviously Sony didn't think about it. Perhaps they suggest that everybody will have a tripod or bluetooth shutter button handy every time you want tho make a photo with this amazing camera-phone.
