It's going to drag everyone to the same rabbit hole. Not to mention, Xperia 1 III is packed everything but the kitchen sink, the same thing y'all asked for your faves to do back in 2017-2018 LOL.

Well done Sony...I wanna get the 1 iii

i want the Xperia 5II, but in purple

Anonymous, 14 Apr 2021Why does Sony insist on this extremely tall aspect ratio? I... moreBecause it is the Cinematic Ratio. Besides, it actually benefits multitasking and gaming... Sure, when Apple would bring that ratio, the industries and fans would follow. As 20:9 or 19:9 was followed which was neither standard nor cinematic.

Good news.. Now sony haters will avoid these posts. They are dumb to post an argument.

I wonder what happened with the supposed rumored compact device with notch? Was it an L5? Was it the Ace 2? If it's the Ace 2, Docomo might announce it on May then

Anonymous, 14 Apr 2021Why does Sony insist on this extremely tall aspect ratio? I... moreBecause it's the cinematic aspect ratio that allows for full-screen videos unlike those wonky 19-20:9 ratios that only exist for social media and browsing.

I know it's weird but I can imagine Samsung, Huawei, and Oppo eventually moving to that as well for that reason considering Netflix has 21:9 content.

the fact that a 6.1 inch sony phone is now able to have 4500 mah gives me so much hope for the xperia compact (if its still on paper)..... cmon sony launch it this year anyhow.... 5.5 inch FHD HDR 90 hz OLED + 140*68*8mm at max + either dual e sim or two dedicated sim slots with separate dedicated SD card slot + loud front dual stereo speaker + 4000 mah juice + 5G + waterproof + gorilla front atleast + headphone jack + 6GB*128GB at min + 10III camera with night mode + 10III price at max

Anonymous, 14 Apr 2021Will you drop refresh rate to 60hz on Xperia 5 III? If I'm not doing mobile gaming, yes - I will drop it to 60Hz all the time. Even though I only activate 120Hz for mobile gaming, I don't really do it very often. If I want to conserve the battery, I'll just stick to 60Hz.

These phones come with a 30W charger in the box. Where are those Sony naysayers who criticise fast charging? Changing their tune as usual.
