    I have the 1 II and it's quite possibly the best phone I've ever had. The 1 III looks to take it another step further. that 3.5mm jack and expandable storage alive.

But this narrow as... moreObviously you are talking based on your own imagination not based on facts, some Sony phone users still have some things that are not satisfied about Sony phones but hard to see text on 21:9 screen is not one of them because we are no longer in an era where phones have screens under 4 inches and 300ppi, you can easly adjust the size or scale of text on most phones to the size you prefer.

It's going to drag everyone to the same rabbit hole. Not to mention, Xperia 1 III is packed everything but the kitchen sink, the same thing y'all asked for your faves to do back in 2017-2018 LOL.

Besides, it actually benefits multitasking and gaming... Sure, when Apple would bring that ratio, the industries and fans would follow. As 20:9 or 19:9 was followed which was neither standard nor cinematic.

                                      I know it's weird but I can imagine Samsung, Huawei, and Oppo eventually moving to that as well for that reason considering Netflix has 21:9 content.
