At th... moreOkay, but on mobiles 5 years could be a downtime, I would say 3-4 years, if they released Fushia OS, it would be a good time to implement it, but however now I think it would be counterproductive, everyone is used to annual releases, and the custom is quite powerful, then Apple would continue to launch it and begin to attack the Android community and users to migrate to iOS, but ... The best thing would be what you say

Anonymous, 25 Apr 2021Many android users already know all of them. Nice try though. How much is a lot? 20M out of 1200M devices sold annually?
I also don't try anything, I just told the truth, most of my android brothers have no idea about the characteristics of their phone, I know people who have devices with 120Hz and they did not even know it

" This change not only improves visibility but also saves up some space for text preview on the card. "
False.
How about allowing us to remove the white borders on either side, pointless sentence separation and make text adjustments up to the individual pixel level huh?

if you think that, then you're actually looking into this comment section or those youtube comment sections.
majority of the people who are either just between rich and poor or poor people in asia who have android phones don't really know about those dev stuff.
nice try though.

I cannot understand why to stick to such ancient versions, we are not at a really good technology level still, everything lessened and bugged, so nee version is fine normally. But that optic look should be optional, I would like to choose and not prefer such flattening of display graphics. It's almost looking like in bad 2012 times where even colours where stolen or messed with all over the earth.

Anonymous, 25 Apr 2021Android Oreo was the best, everything after Oreo sucks. I agree with you in general. However, I use Android Pie/9.0 (on an S10e), and it comes with the ability to limit the CPU to 70% power, which is good for saving battery life, something not available on Oreo/8.0 .

It's time for the annual version change to stop. At this point they harm the consumers, trivial changes , however dropping of support of older versions all the same.
Mobile platforms are mature they should follow desktop platforms. I.e. change of versioning every 5-10 years , backwards compatibility. It's ridiculous how few new thing they bring form at this point in time.

How come gsm arena didn't talk about android 11 cancelling access to the files on the sd card on phones? That should have been on the first page! Of course Google is the evil entity which did it, bud gsmarena is an important site and should have talked about it!
