not surprised since hardware specs is all these dumb chinese companies (except Huawei, the only competent ones) can do and they flex on-paper specs 24/7 to cater to you guys who look at specs only but fall short in software and experience

Defiantly worth it to wait and compare to the new s7+ lite that comes out, also with the better but older s7. If there will be a stylus and the pricing will be better, then there's no point to go with a Samsung.
For your childish comparison with the iPad pro - if you already use their ecosystem defiantly go for it. Otherwise it's just a waste of money for stuff almost every mid tier android can do.

As for app drawer, yes apple copied it from android( those look more like windows phone tiles but the windows phones no longer exists). Having M1 doesn't make it close to laptop as long as you run ios app in it.

it's funny folks are praising ipads just because they got M1.
ok. they got M1. now, for all those "apple/jehova witnesses", i dare you, name at least one feature/app which make use of all M1 processing power which you can not otherwise achieve with either apple's own "mediocre" a12, a14, a12z/x or SD 865/888 ?! go on, name one, i'm open to be educated.

Looks good! definitely a tab S7 killer. But Im worried about software support. The predecessor Mi Tab 4 was stayed on oreo and left out without any single official android update. Now that Samsung has committed to 3 major android updates.

Due to M1 it's the closest thing to laptop and can even replace it in future. It's better than normal Ipad because of the load it can take. And I am not talking about desktop mode. I am talking about the tasks it can handle which makes it literally a portable laptop.

And vs Samsung what you said it's just generalization, Did you see desktop mode in Galaxy Tab s7 series? It's miles better than any feature in iPad, and for me it's closest thing to laptop.

Oh c'mon... can't these companies make a better tablet for android? At least use a SQ1 proc to be more competitive with apple's A12x (and that is already passe). 8/12GB ram 256/512GB storage and expandable via microSD.
