- all are inferior than 12 Mini at everything except design

You use price as excuse ... No it fails because of the size.

If Samsung makes a 5.0" version of s21, it is gonna fail to sell compared to s21
If Sony makes a 5" version of 5iii, it is gonna fail to sell compared to 5iii.
If Xioami makes a 5.1" version of mi11, it is gonna fail to sell compared to mi11.
If Oppo makes a 5" version of X3, it is gonna fail to sell compared to X3.
If OnePlus makes a 5" version of 9, it is gonna fail to sell compared to 9.

This is reality.

    The 12 mini is in the top 6 (by revenue) best selling phone around but somehow folks are calling it a failure. If that is the case then all those other oem's should stop manufacturing phones. Apple have 6 of the top 10 best selling phones by revenue, no wonder everyone wants a piece of their pie, the other players are starving fighting over the left over.

      12 mini: $729

      If 12 mini was only $399 like the first SE, it would sell much better. Glad I only got mine for $200 after trade-in. Failure has more to do with price than size.

        Anonymous, 21 May 2021It's the superior platform. The sales show it. 😄It's not the superior platform. I have to jump through loops just to use one of my songs for a ringtone. I've used both platforms for at least decade and would know. Updating is also overrated.

        The 12 mini is selling the least among the 12s but it's the best iPhone since the SE 1. The true SE 2. I only own OG SE and 12 mini. Don't want anything bigger.

          12 Pro Max = #2
          12 Pro = #3

          Mini not even top 10. Just another proof small phones are over.
          No reason for any android OEM to make a sub-14cm phone.

                  And why do we need to care about what happens in the limited market of America ? It's not free market as America ban every competition they have so whats the point of this statistics ?
