For those who constantly harp on about Xiaomi's ads and stuff, you can turn all and I mean ALL of the ads off in each of the settings in less than 30 mins.
After that, it's an ad-free experience just like any other OS. But too many ppl are too lazy just to go through it to get the amazing value that Xiaomi brings.

Won’t touch a premium smartphone with ads no matter if it can be turned off. No premium smartphone, ever, has slapped ads. (The one on Samsung is optional as it tells you prior to software installation)

Congrats to Xiaomi.
Even though I am not a fan of Chinese phones and I don't particular like the Mi 11 Ultra bulky design, Xiaomi created something really really nice.
Doesn't matter who is 1st, 2nd, 3rd, etc., in the end what it matter is that companies create such nice phones for the customers.
PS: Yes, I am back with a real account, b**ches. Lol.

whatever your hate about xiaomi... about heavy ultra, ui not satisfying, bug, bloatware etc etc..

The only thing is although the main camera sensor is the same they might hold off from giving the same optimisation on the pro model. It is quite common for brands to do this

All the Optimization PR campaign from Apple has been badly exposed in the real world.
Handicapped ecosystem of iOS will never be as polished as Android.

While an Android Mid-ranger will destroy it with premium 65W charging with no excessive battery drain on 5g because of inbuilt modem.
IPhone 12 pro Max long term software experience will consist of getting Android features from 2016 in year 2024-25.

Android version, security patch number is just a number.
If the phone is working fine, there is no need for update.
Mi 11 Ultra won't stop working in the fourth year just because it didn't get update.

IPhone 12 pro Max on the other hand slowed down to 1/3rd of its original performance because of latest update.

Isn't that specs on paper too?
When Android advertises 144hz display with 720hz touch sampling, it actually delivers that experience in real life.
When Android advertises 120W charging, it actually delivers that in real world.
