Anonymous, 26 May 2021You obsessively stalk Android articles and spread your hatr... moreBecause god forbid an iPhone user would talk about Android phones. Guess what, I'm not like you who s**ts all over literally anything Apple. And if you claim I just s**t all over ALL Android device, then I can say you're illiterate, because that would be an accurate description. Only complaints I generally make about Android is its pathetic updating schemes deployed by lazy vendors who prefer to sell you new phone over supporting existing ones for more than crappy 2 years and how long it always takes between Google releasing updates and vendors actually delivering them to users. Both are accurate and valid complaints over Android. But what would you fanboys know when you praise the silly Android like it's a divine incarnation.

My next phone will most likely be Android again, just because I'm curious if it has really improved as much as people say it has. And because I set myself in such a way that I'm not locked to ANY ecosystem, not even Apple's. I can pretty much seamlessly jump from one to another.

Anonymous, 26 May 2021Which Android phone did you buy? Any high end android phone is miles better than any iPhone. Android phone is a pocket computer compared with iPhone which is a simple phone.

Anonymous, 26 May 2021Which Android phone did you buy? Mi 11 Ultra Marble white edition.
I don't know think any iPhone in history even comes close to the premium Marbled finish feel of this phone. You know it's a top dog, when holding it.
Ohhh and that back display, it's a conversation starter all the time.

It's better than iOS, there is no doubt about it. Doesn't make iOS bad.
I don't understand why some Apple users on Gsmarena can't appreciate that something is better than what Apple has to offer.
If someone wants an iPhone, they can go buy an iPhone, more power to them, but when it comes to determining which is better, there is nothing wrong with stating the truth. Android is popular for a reason and it shows in their numbers.

Anonymous, 26 May 2021But they still have bloatware.Bloatware can be removed in 2 minutes, but you can't install all those absent features on iOS even after 3-4 years with an update. iOS has been left behind long time back. They are not even competitive anymore, blatantly playing copycat.

Anonymous, 26 May 2021Apple's ecosystem is too locked and restrictive, so mu... moreOh my god you people still keep repeating this rubbish like a religious gospel. Not everyone cares about sticking billions of ugly themes on a phone or sideloading all the pirated apps from highly questionable sources or installing 300 half baked one off ROM's endlessly beiong posted on XDA. For the rest, iOS is literally the same thing as Android. Android and iOS share basically the same apps on both app stores. And when those virtually identical apps exist, both OS are literally the same damn thing to use. The other things as timely updates that are delivered for long time are the extras I want and I don't care about the rest. Someone else has different priority on that, but ultimately it's the apps that matter. And if the same ones are offered on both platforms, there is no "superiority" or "lack of functionality". Hell, even Google's own services are mostly available on iOS and Apple's own services are mostly available on Android. And this is what I've been saying the entire time. Yet some can't shut up about how Android is absolutely superior and how iOS sux. It's irrelevant. Heh.

Weeks and months of waiting to receive major or even minor updates after they are released by Google? All the spying garbage infesting all the apps and GooglePlay itself? All the Google's own crap that comes with every single phone? All the sideloading I don't actually need? All the same apps I also have on iOS anyway? All the "awesome" Google apps and services I don't even use at all? iOS literally has almost none of those issues and offers nearly all the same functionality I needed from Android. Yeah, I'm so jealous lol. I can literally go to Android tomorrow and whole migration would probably take me an hour or two without any issues. I'd just install same apps, login to them and that would be it.
