Can you show links to international tech sites that reported about Mi 11 burned chipset and bent phones? Because the overheating and phone bent issues reported by Gizmochina were not "in the thousands" like some people claimed. The users of the affected phones were highly dubious with no explanation about how the phone got bent or what usage pattern that caused burned chipset. Now be a good critic and show proofs for your claim.

The standard ROG 5's been released, but they did say a Pro version was coming. I can only assume with 888+
Hopefully they fix the bendy chassis issue with the Pro release

The primary source of the entire "incident" does not exist on the internet and neither does a picture that could show that it had indeed happened in the first place (if you know one, just throw at me here and I will take back what I said).

A Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium with custom kernels/software can wipe even a regular S21 Ultra and come close to an iPhone 12. But remember, there are risks with doing so. SD845 tastes like a SD888 phone, don’t forget to disable the thermal throttling. Costs roughly the same as a Redmi Note 9/10 yet far, far better than the Xiaomi.
