These games you mentioned are buggy or poorly optimised, I have checked the Google Play reviews with a Samsung S20 FE 5G. None of the games mentioned run well in the Samsung. Also Elder Scrolls were poorly reviewed by critics because of bugs and poor content not similar to the PC version.
The iPhone runs fixed 60fps maxed out at MadOut Big City Online, Asphalt 9, and especially Grid Autosport. None which are possible in Android. All demanding games.

I've overclocked my S21ULTRA Exynos too 3.2mhz, GPU at 1000mhz.
No throttling even at all 8 cores running at max 99%, with custom kernels
My S21ULTRA even blows the S22 by 2 years ahead, CPU,GPU .
Yes the phone gets really hot at 45 degrees. I ain't complain.
It feels like 4000mah battery than 5000mah, due too required power torque.
Feels super fast and zippy.
Anything you press in instantaneous opens .

It doesn't lose more than 10% of its score in latest ntutu.
Mi 11 Ultra hardly loses less than 5% of the score in latest Antutu.
Comparatively A14 is terrible as it is losing 30-40% of its original score

Their CEO and board of directors are laughing their way to the bank while iPhone users struggling to run any heavy game beyond 5 minutes without overheating and thermal throttling. Antutu exposed the the throttling nightmare called a14. It's performance drops to 40% of original.
Geekbench doesn't run too long, Gary Sims test doest run too long to stress the cpu the same way.
Run any heavy game and within 5 minutes, you get dim screen and lower FPS.
