What is the meaning of launching graphics card. Old ones are hard to buy with the 3x price tag on market. This miner needs to be stopped so gamers can get graphics card at launched msp....

Seriously, because of miners, it's almost impossible to get a decent card with a reasonable price. Isn't there anything that can be done about this? is the chip shortage that bad?

They can announce them as many they like, it's not like normal people can buy them and even when you see them, then they are not in a reasonable price. I see even used GTX 1070 are at 300 euro range that is just insane. These 3xxx series are like 1000 euro that makes no sense what so ever to get them. Seriously be nice if they manage to do something with the crypto mining as these get there specific cards only and these for gaming and so on be for normal people and in there normal price range.

Alright. 3080 Ti sounds good. I've been trying to get a 3080 to replace my slow 2080 with, but the prices and availability were horrible, so I decided to wait for new ones or better prices/stock. Hoping miners leave these alone. Are these of the low hashrate kind, by the way?
