Apple announced some changes with core iOS apps, Facetime revamped, playing catch-up with Android.

                          I have google earth on my iPhone, but haven’t seen the need to double up and have google maps for quite some time now.

                              It’s a minor update year to say the least, this could quite easily have been 14.8. The iCloud+ extras sound interesting though
