Even the current 12 Pro Max weighs 230 grams with the 3600mAh battery. How much will the newer model with 4300mAh battery and bigger sensors and lens is still a mystery.

        am waiting for it
        it is masive
it is flat 120hz of refresh rate

beep bop boop, 11 Jun 2021Because every other piece of tech at this point has a C con... moreApple is never gonna use usb C on iphone.
This would allow people to use cables from other brands that are cheaper (despite being much higher quality).
Apple wants to keep selling tons of low quality lightning cables.

Mine got broken after 2,5 years. Few cracks on it.
For half price, I got one from Anker.
          1mmlong, much tougher.

Anonymous, 11 Jun 2021I don't understand what people so obsessed with iPhone... moreBecause every other piece of tech at this point has a C connector, so does other Apple products such as iMac, iPad and the MacBook. having to carry around a separate cable for one thing when all your other tech runs on one cable is inconvenient.

1080p video from Panasonic GH5 is much better than 8K from cellphones.
                  Also, cameras do RAW video.
                  Perfect for edition.

Anonymous, 11 Jun 2021I don't understand what people so obsessed with iPhone... moreBecause they want to buy cheap charger instead of paying 5x more for the lightning.

Anonymous, 11 Jun 2021Professionals do not use phones for this, also not 60fps. Lol, who are these professionals and how exactly are they using the Professional iPhone?

YUKI93, 11 Jun 2021I can believe that. Even when comparing both vanilla iPhone... moreYou missed one: lidar. That alone justifies the two variants' price difference. It's between the pro and the pro max that's priced apart, yet doesn't offer much in comparison.

Looks like an LG phone from 2016

YUKI93, 11 Jun 2021I can believe that. Even when comparing both vanilla iPhone... moreYeah, the difference between the 2 is too negligible. That’s why I opted for the vanilla 12. Asking 170$ more for literally nothing. Let’s hope the new generation marks a real difference between the 2.

They need a bigger battery for the 120hz refresh rate.

I don't know why Apple has made random numbers on their batteries instead of full even numbers.

a simple dude, 11 Jun 2021The vanilla iPhone 13 will have a significantly better batt... moreNot really. How many iOS apps have support to run above 60Hz? Nobody knows.
Also, during simple tasks like seeing photos, using music player, updating apps, reading messages ; the 13 is gonna be 60Hz while Pro is gonna be below 60.

It really depends on the apps each user has.
