A bunch of iPhone 13 models got certified by the EEC

Michail, 13 June 2021

Apple is expected to announce its iPhone 13 series in September but before it can release them on sale they must gain certifications from regulators around the world. That's a long tedious process that so it starts well before the announcement and often produces leaks of various magnitude.

One such new certification obtained by the upcoming Apple lineup is by the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC), which has revealed their model numbers.

The model numbers listed are: A2628, A2630, A2634, A2635, A2640, A2643 and A2645. All of these devices are running on iOS 14 and that’s as much info as we get from the listing. It’s hard to tell which model number corresponds to which iPhone 13 device at this point.

Apple is expected to update its entire iPhone 12 series (including the mini) with all phones debuting the 5nm A15 chip and a redesigned notch. The Pro models are said to feature 120Hz LTPO OLED screens while the regular models will settle for 60Hz panels.

All iPhone 13 series phones are expected to gain new ultrawide cameras with f/1.8 optics with the Pro devices rumored to get sensor-shift stabilization on both the main and ultrawide snappers.

Leaks are also pointing to larger battery capacities with the 13 mini starting at 2,406 mAh while the 13 and 13 Pro should get 3,095 mAh cells. The 13 Pro Max could get a 4,352 mAh battery which would be the largest seen on an iPhone thus far.

Right. Except all those killing camera bugs on Google's own frigging phones that they needed months to fix. Also who gives a s**t if BETA is buggy. It's literally the first beta version. And with iOS 15 launch months away it'll be fixe...
