The 25w charger takes only less than 10 minutes for a full charge and for a quick 30 min charge only around 10% lesser. I had the same doubt when it was launched and a quick youtubing showed that the difference isn't what 45 -> 25 suggest.
One more thing to consider is that Samsung used USB pd and pps. They could have made something proprietary like vooc, warp etc. Instead they choose a global standard.

I wish phones had more control over charging. Like being able to select charge speed when you connect the phone. So, when you'd plug in the phone, popup would appear asking you if you want regular charging, fast charging or if it's night time and you're at your home location, night charging which should be the slowest and auto top up to 100% just before you wake up.

I am not saying they should do like Xiaomi (with their 200W chargers, that's more for marketing), but 65W charging speeds for its flagship models, should be mandatory.
Realme does it, One Plus does it and it looks ok.

But it still lost battery and became really hot. The wonders of exynos, as usual. Oneplus can even run games smoothly and still get charged, without any heat problems. Horrible to game with the charger connected though. With s21 and watching Netflix, didn't reach 100 % before the movie ended.

But Apple charging is different though. Even if they will implement 30W charger, it will still take longer than a 30W charger from other manufacturer. Because they decrease the charging speed after 85%. Not much longer, but nowadays even 15-20 minutes extra could be considered bad.

Just lik... moreGalaxy S21 comes with no charger in the box. But then again, they usually give you free accessories if you buy them from Samsung Stores (in a certain amount). Even Apple, through its stores, gives you something like 50% discounts at some accessories nowadays.
What you said is valid for A52 series. They come with 15W charger in the box, but are capable of 25W charging speeds.
Of course, if you consider 25W, fast charging. Nowadays, anything below 30W is quite low. Especially for more expensive models.

Fans want chargers and accessories in box. So of the S21 Fe doesn't include it, it isn't an "Fan edition" anymore. Instead, call it F*** Edition
