I dont think this is true bcz I saw many leaks that say the amd GPU while throttling the performance decreases by 30% and it still outperforms the latest Mali-GPU peak performance

Exynos with dedicated video optimization did beat iPad pro in video editing.

Only 30% is kinda disappointing since Mali is already the weakest gpu and this new RDNA 2 will only debut at the end of 2021 same as the next gen Snapdragon Adreno GPU which will also have numerous improvements, and as usual all these will fall flat in the face infront of of beastly Apple A15
