    Let me explain why this is BS news!
    Apple is not transparent about its sales. So how this gurus know how many phones they sale? They gather info from supply chain, from insiders. But Apple is notorious secret and paranoid company. So the might be fooling you. But why?
    It is simple - because they are the only player in the mini market! How they prevent android to enter - tell everybody that sales sucks.
    So I work in mobile operator we have the data here. We know how many phones are operational, what brand, what software.
    In our network the number of iphone 12 mini is ....Iphone 12 divided by 2. So if you have 50 000 12's, you have 25 000 minis.
    I ask some friends in other countries about their network - data is the same.
    Don't believe this analyst, real data is in the operators. Check!

        Not so good sales of iPhone 12 mini means amount of sales other manufacturers could only dream of. Regarding battery life: looking to battery tests on notebookcheck it's obvious that iPhone 12 mini has a better stamina than many Android flagships (especially those on Exynos). I can only confirm that 12 mini has a better battery life than my Galaxy Note10 on Exynos. So, is it really a bad sales of bad phone or just people's distorted perception..?

          It's dimensions though are only slightly above average when compared to many of the current android offerings.

            That settles it then: only 5% of people want teeny-tiny phones.

                Apple is a giant reputable company, why they don't just make the mini thicker than the other three 12s for more battery capacity?

                                  And here they are, saying that the sales of their 'mini's are bad like we don't want it.
                                  I've been wondering if they are thinking about why people don't buy the 'mini'.
                                  The battery capacity is small (so the durability) and the price is so high. If they can increase the battery with a constant form factor and reducing the price for the successor, it will be more interesting.

                                      if apple just lower the cpu speed by 30% or 40% and the price by 100$ or so
