The update will come late for my Poco F3, I am sure about it.
Xiaomi, like other manufacturers out there, wants you to get the latest models.
So probably they will put MiUi 13 on their future releases.
Not that Poco F3 is necessarily an old model, and is working good on MiUi 12.5 (performance wise), but just saying.

They have to update their MIUI 12 first.. Lots of bugs is there and they are launching 13.

Excited to see how miui evolves with its 13th iteration...
I wasn't expecting much of a difference with the miui 12.5 upgrade.
My phone had shipped with China ROM (12.0.9.0)
After upgrading to miui 12.5, it feels like a proper step up.
I didn't notice much battery improvement, maybe a 20-30 min improvement in SOT.
Previously was getting 8hr SOT with display at full HD+ resolution (personal preference).
Xiaomi claims that MIUI 12.5 is designed to consume up to 32 percent less memory in system operations and provide a 17 percent decrease in power consumption.
I can't verify the numbers but there is a definite difference in day to day use, that one can feel. Even on a flagship phone like MI 11 ultra...The experience is more slicker, snappier, intuitive. This Miui 12.5 update should do wonders on phones with less than 4-6gb RAM.
Integration with Window's PC has improved.
Bloatware out of the box has reduced to a minimum. Even Xiaomi's own apps can be easily removed.
Privacy controls have been enhanced further by giving finer control in the hands of the users.
RAM management issues are gone. It retain lot of apps in memory compared to MI flagships from past.
Even beats the s21 Ultra in RAM management.

Ultra version costs 200 Euros more than that.
I bought it from TradingShenzen. There was an option to buy it with EU ROM out of the box. So it took 10 days more than usual to deliver. But they unlocked the bootloader and installed EU ROM for me. They are also giving one year warranty.

I wonder if there's a chance for Mi 9 and Mi 9T Pro would get the new MIUI version. There is no news about MIUI 12.5 UI update or even Android 11 OS update for both flagship-grade phones of 2019.

if they keep their promis of letting the user delete the unwanted bloatware that they made before releasing 12.5 that would be great, cause with 12.5 you can't actually do that even tho they said it would be possible. you can only hide them from the app drawer but not uninstall them.

i0S.- Never.- Again, 25 Jun 2021MIUI 12.5 is the best Android skin right now. It has every... moreAgree. While it may not be as great when it comes to stock looking and updates. The look can be easily changed by using the Themes stores with tons of options. You can change ur UI to look like OxygenOs, One Ui, OriginOS, IOS, and etc. Even the system apps can be changed too, like the notification drawer, call apps, and system app looks. It is awesome. The amount of features is also incredible. Even my 2018 POCO F1 has video toolbox, HDR video converter, Game turbo with voice charger, and also the display settings colour settings are nuts. Overall i am happy with MIUI 12, no bugs, lags, stutters or issues over 3 years in my Poco F1
