The change? Well, people are getting tired of the same thing over and over again. Many have been for quite some time, but previously they ahev been kept locked to alle the add-ons of their iCrap. Now they must get something new anyways. Adapters are not nice.

Fianlly, someone woke up. I have an iPad2. My net tablet is a Galaxy Tab2 10.1. Apple can go to the iTrashcan. Used to like Apple, in an aloof way. Now, I downright loathe them. Liitigation's taking their time when they should be Innovating. Booooooh!

OK, some more patents that need to be looked into.
1. Grid of icons. Seriously?
2. Pinch zoom - diamond touch
3. Swipe to unlock - Neonode M's (its a phone which implemented it before the iPhone)
4. Universal search - Been around forever
On the other hand, I don't think Samsung should get completely off the hook - till the S3 generation , their phones were designed to look like the iPhone. I'm not talking about rounded corners. That's absurd. I'm talking about touch wiz. They made the icons look like an iPhone. Worse, did you know that in the original touch wiz, unlike every other android manufacturer, the app drawer couldn't be arranged alphabetical ly? Just like an iPhone..aargh. thank god for third party launchers.
Still, I'm sure no one will miss the death of toichwiz...

There was a time when Apple was a name for innovations and devices that made people happy when used no matter how much they hated apple. Ever since the Demise of Steve Jobs, apple seems to be more interested in filing patents and crushing other companies rather than innovating and staying in the lead. Sad.

On a serious note, they could've been the hope of America by being an ideal company that others could "look up to". But no, the money, the trickery, the legal battles... how can they be ideal?

I blame the iphone 5, I bet the judge that made this ruling got lost bcuz of Apple Maps and took revenge hahahahaha just a beautiful example of how Apple tries to patent things that they didnt invent smh they are so un-original that it hurts. I love that the American courts are finally losing that biased feel that everyone(including myself as an American) was talking about. I can't wait to see what else gets rejected once ppl start doing some digging lol

Actually, I prefer the glowing effect in Android, so it would be silly now to come back to the bounce effect!
