It's time to re-focus on innovation. These patents are not going to help Apple maintain or increase market share.

I have an iPhone 4 and its been an awesome run, but I'm done with Apple. They have no ethics. Their primary goal is to make money no matter who is harmed in their wake. My next phone will be a Android. Most probably Samsung. Google caters for the people!

At last those american's judges are starting to do their job! This is not the only patent that is invalid, there are a lot of them that need to be invalidated! for instance the rounded corners and the icons, stupids patents, i even wonder who granted them those patents!

Looks like 90's era is coming back to haunt apple slowly cause of its own mistakes..
Moreover i would love to see USPTO and all other patent offices worldwide to re-check all those stupid patents that they have granted to many companies.. And finally invalidate those stupid obvious prior art patents..
Way to go.. 3 cheers..
