It's main function is for using the main camera for selfie, smaller always on display, and show whatever you want to show on it.

I doesn't like this phone it's rear display. That is why it doesn't protect what am I saw in the phone. It will be seen everyone what am I see in this phone. Use this phone a thief can see our mobile banking password & any other social & google's password

Pooriya, 09 Jul 2021C'mon Who needs a second display? For selfies with the back camera obviously. The front camera is limited to what it can do and since the back camera is far better than the front a back screen really helps. Plus its also good for people who look at the time when their phone is upside down and other stuff like that

İ use Dropbox to transfer files on my phone or save them with
İcloud on my ipad pro.
There has been a misconception here specially with transfer speeds using USB type C 2.0 treated as USB A 2.0.
İf you really walk around with cables and like to stick them into your phone occasionally,
Mi 11 ultra is going to give you transfer speeds up to USB 3.0 or
3.1 depending on your cable and input connector type on your computer.tried both on surface pro and Mac book pro..
Really don't understand why this is the only point people are whining for.actually İ do know why because;
- brightest screen on a any phone with peak 1700 nits.
- loudest speakers on any phone from Harman Kardon
- biggest camera sensor on any phone ever
- fastest charging speed on any flagship from 0 to 100 in
39 mins my case 41 mins..
- I do agree theres a lot of work to be done to clean up Chinese apps and disabling adds however with those top of the top specs İ paid 960 USD for 512gb of storage and 16 gigs of ram
For the Chinese version.
please do enlighten me if there's any other phone in this price range ? İf you still have problems with data speeds dude İ have nothing to talk to..

Not only it can see through the fully light pixels, but it is easy to bypass the indicator, notification and permission.
This misconception along with the effect of forgetting the camera is here is a big privacy threat, nothing worse than thinking you are safe when you aren't.
Physically hidden solutions, like the pop up, flip up and sliders where the camera is literally under a totally opaque part, underdisplay camera alternatives like disappearing camera where it is blocked by a sub-display (Samsung) or a prism (Google), and no front camera at all are 100% effective solutions.

Whe the selfie camera is active you watch the square. So is more secure than other solutions as you can watch when the camera is active. When the display is active with the area of the camera iluminated, even if the software active the camera, can't take external images or record video, only light from the display so you are safe. You don't now if a regular camera is active, but you can watch it with an under display camera due how it works.
