This will take breathtaking photos but awful videos.

    "It will have a 12MP camera at the front, while the back will have 50MP main, 48MP telephoto and 12MP ultrawide cameras."
    Welp, this is going to have one hell of a killer still camera setup. Samsung, Xiaomi, Sony, Oppo, get ready.

      Pixel 6 looks really promising with in house chipset and 5 years of support. But the question remains should we skip the first edition of this?

I know I will have to switch to a heavier phone in future since that seems to be the growing trend among manufacturers right now, but when that time comes I will still try my best to pick the one that is manageable with my right hand.

              So they actually went for 48MP telephoto instead of 8MP or 12MP persicope.

                Anonymous, 09 Jul 2021These 8.9 mm pixel may have, does not count the bump. Thats what I meant. If u want to reduce the bump, u have to increase whole body thickness, which will kills ergonomics.

                OP8 Pro & Find X2 camera bump are at ~10mm as well. But the bump area is smaller (camera module design), unlike Pixel.

                  Is that camera bump for real?
                  I owned a nexus 4 once which was nice at the time but i would never buy this.

                        Sony Semicon is not gonna sell to other OEMs.
                        OEMs come to sensor makers and ask for exclusive sensors or ones from "public list".

                                      OP8 Pro camera bump still consider as thick if u look closely. X2 Pro, not so much because the phone itself already thick. But 9.5mm thk at 6.7" size? Even on my old 6.5" device at 8.8mm thk makes me uncomfortable when holding it longer, let alone a 9.5mm one.
