sorry but htc phones have gotten worse you only have to look at the ine x with all its faults.Ill never buy another with all the issues ive had.Im afraid samsung habe took the crown.

htc has best build quality & the best screen & design but a reason that they dont winner..
they dont have enogh propagandize when sumsung is advertisung every where every time on the tv on the wall one the billbord in subway wall & soooooooo many places ..
HTC plz bring to much advertising for big your products u will winner next time..
i love HTC & very satisfied of these products.

HTC has very poor service and their phones are buggy with constant crashing. They are falling because people are realising that a once great phone company is losing its touch. my last 3 htc phones have had problems and each time i buy one hoping "this" is the reliable one. its a shame because i love htc... but im forced to use GS3, which is not as nice as the One X

no sdcard, no removable battery, no NFC, no USB OTG and mini HDMI plus locked bootloader are the main reason why HTC falling, today people want more feature in their smartphone not just beautiful design

don't worry htc, we are with u. After a long time Indians ( myself ) association with Nokia, we broke into the world of smart phone. I was really a late entry to it. I had my first smart , a htc explorer. its solid built and smartness really blown me to new highs in my life. Now i am gonna start my new life with htc one x, i feel really excited !!!!!!!!

I just keep wondering what the marketing department/management of HTC is doing. They should wake up in time and research what the customers really want in mobile phones of this age. They should also work on price issues. I think this are the hedges Samsung is exercising over them!

when being compared to competitors, HTC phones have higher price but less convincing specs
(ie : native video call via 3G network).
i hope HTC will change that.

The reason for HTC's continuous slump is that they failed to innovate. In terms of updates, the're as good as Samsung and even better so I don't think that's their problem. But quite frankly, HTC Sense has had the same face from the beginning up until now. Even through major updates such as ICS, Sense did change by much. On the other end, you can see a clearer evolution from Samsung with Touchwiz and that my friend, is the key to continuous sales.

i think no easy if other manufacture to beat samsung in tech and profit. If nokia or apple make android just same as other, samsung win.

And putting Snapdragon S3 instead of S4 on some markets pushed me far away from One S in spite i liked it and planned to buy one.

I have a Desire HD which I love but won't be buying another HTC. I pre-ordered the phone this time 2 years ago and didn't get it until December. It was the best phone out at the time imo. Within months it was replaced and barely 18 months old and we are told no ICS update. Also the newer HTC's do not have expandable memory or removable battery. A minor point is they are yet to release a phone that looks as good as the Desire HD. I'll be keeping mine another couple of years but will no doubt go back to Samsung

One big flaw with HTC is that it doesn't provide updates for it's old phones. I mean like Sensation SE is still an awesome phone. Where is the update? You can't force the customers to upgrade from an HTC to another HTC for an update? This is a shame. they should have been more loyal! - still It's not too late

highend phones which are not able to get upgrades due stupid excuses like you could lost all your data. who buys that? it was a lie! they wanted to sell the new one x at that time!
highend phones and no SD cardslot. total fail! nobody wants that!
a company which asks itself questions like: what is customer service? or what is after sales marketing? imho these 2 questions are the main reason why chinese/taiwanese companies are not able to conquer the western world.
looking back to the misstakes that where made in HTC management i think it is quite remarkalbe that they are still makeing money instead of losing.
HTC is running out of time here. if they don't start to produce happy customers very soon - well than it could be late! the japan only 1080p butterfly won't help them. just another stupid, arrogant and ignorant company which does not sell what people want. very dangerous combination for any brand!
