All crap. Lithium used in smartphones have a limit of taking superfast charging and capacity of battery in super fast charging decreases because thickness of separator between electrodes. And fast charging decreases battery life. Best is 30 watt charging. See, Apple does not use fast charging. 15 watt is all their phones get. By the way, why replaceable batteries are not offered? That is because brands want customers to buy a new phone every year.

Some use their phones way too heavily like gaming while fast charging which creates a lot heat. That coupled with very rapid charging and discharging along with many many charge and discharge cycles
within in a short duration like even a few months will bound to degrade a cell way faster than normal

Even a generic li-ion battery from the past 3 years can go up to 2000 'partial' cycles in controlled depth-of-discharge scenarios with strict temperature monitoring, hence the 'claim' on the 1500 figure which isnt surprising if one knows to tailor the test conditions
