        I had the first Motorola Droid phone on Verizon.
        It was the best Droid phone at the moment.
        Now Motorola can't seems to keep their heads over Water.

          Please check into your claim of 1 OS update.

          As per the following video with a Motorola rep, they said all 3 models are guaranteed to update to Android 13 - which means 2 OS updates. Not that it is great, but certainly better than just 1 OS update.

            For years now they've gotten away with a couple of years updates but this is taking the p%#$ they're not throwaway items anymore as far as I'm concerned if it's still working it should be updated

                My phone right now is 4 years old and the battery is like new (only slow charged). Support for 3 years should be minimum.

                I don't know anybody who uses their phone only for 2 years (ordinary users, not power users and geeks).

                Maybe it's an America thing... but Motorola doesn't sell these models there.

Billions of people (probably the majority) use an outdated OS or phone that no longer receives software updates. Phones don't just automatically shut down when updates stop.

                        Edge 20 Lite & Edge 20 supports 2 big updates and 3 years of monthly security patches in Nordics for example.

                          Asinine reasoning to not provide longer support. One year of software support is nothing but a joke. Pricing is on the higher side too. Good luck, Moto.

                              For the Pro model:

                              Pros: Camera setup, FLAT screen

                              Decent: Charging speed, battery capacity, SoC, Price

                              Cons: Software & support

                                  X1 core goes from 2,84GHz to 3,00 GHz.
                                  While all rest remain same.

                                  0,16GHz is not gonna bring any advantage.
                                  Just use even more power, like exynos 2100.

                                  Qualcomm does this because they know chinese OEMs are gonna pay for it, no matter it is costs more, just to show off.

                                  801 (800+) , 821, 855+, 865+ , 870(865++), 888+, 768(765+) were not necessary.

                                  Qualcomm should have more lower tier options like 805, 808, 778.

                                      No stock Android, few updates, horrendous prices, small batteries. After 10 years bye, bye Moto. Time to switch to another brand - maybe Samsung M62? What do you think?

                                        I´ve heard that all three models has mono audio not stereo.

                                        For me it would be a deal braker. unacceptable.

                                        I´ll keep my moto edge for another yer. Sorry but the Oneplus Nord 2 the same price as the lite seems much better value
