But people here on GSMArena comments just obsess over everything hardware and pretty much entirely dismiss software side as "Android is so superior it literally doesn't need itself to exist". That level of stupid dismissal. Google proved photography is not just sensor the size of Manhattan and billion lenses. Software processing matters too.

      It looks sleek, elegant, unique!
      I want one if i could.

        Don't really understand why everyone hates the design of each new Pixel phone nowadays, it almost seems targeted. Compared to where Google was with the design of the 3 XL I'd say they're on the right track

          Google was the most affected by covid, sales of pixel in 2020 were less than 2mi while about 8mi in 2019.
          That is over 75%.


            I don't get why people are saying it looks ugly. It actually looks pretty good tbh, it's got it's own unique design that separates it from others.

              Needs a smaller size. I'll wait for the Pixel 7.

                Not sure why Google doesn't put the absolute best imaging sensor, if it's so confident of its processing power. Also, Pixel phones need newer generations algorithms to improve their photographic and videogrpahic capabilities.

                    Now they can get rid of those tiny camera sensors and stop glorifying hardware bottle necks

                    Tired of the echo chamber of people saying nonsense like:

                    "Software is MORE important than hardware"

                    what stupid point, when software and hardware are COMPLIMENTARY in relationship and not COMPETITIVE!!!!!!!!


                    Hopefully we can also get rid of the non sense with batteries too , "the battery is so small but it's well optimized" get out of here with that why not just optimize as big a battery as possible???

                      I'm not a big fan of the design and the two tone color scheme is definitely note helping.
