This report comes after underwhelming sales of the Galaxy S21, alleged conflict with Mediatek, and weakened position in the makret.

      Put back high resolution Screen in all S series.
      Put back premium material in all S series.
      Put SD back in your phone.

      Those are a minimum.

        Maybe if they would stop anti consumers move they would succeed more?

        SD card removal.
        Lower resolution screen.
        Plastic build.
        Removing all accessories from box.
        Selling at ridiculous high price.

        Wake up Samsung.

          My Suggestions


          M and F series should be cancelled. Too many product types confuse consumers! The number of products in the
          A series should be reduced to four. Example: A13,A33,A53,A73
          S and Note series should be combined !

          For Tablets And Flagships > The iris scanner should be brought back with the udc! Tab S8 Ultra should be released with Windows 11!

          A Series For > Wireless charging feature should be introduced for the A series And the phone full rear body should be aluminum like Galaxy A8 (2016) !

          The names of the S and A series should be changed

          Galaxy (S) > Supreme 22, 22+ ,22 Ultra
          Galaxy (A) > Awesome 13 ,33, 53, 73

I have been a Samsung user since long and I start in Kenya, Africa, the exynos models are the ones available to us. I have moved to OnePlus 8 Pro which is a snapdragon processor phone. I'm really loving it. Incredible performance of this phone.

                  Galaxy s series Always come with qhd display but 21 21plus only HD....High end series only HD....Samsung you are joking your special customer..the reason fail to 21 series...be careful Samsung next phone...

                      I will never buy the Exynos variant of a Galaxy S series ever again.
                      I will buy a competitor's phone or wait for my next trip to US.

                                Samsung , I know your marketing employees read here. You need 65 W charging with 65 W charger IN THE RETAIL PACKAGE !!! You're challengers are the chinese brands wich ALL HAVE powerful chargers in the retail package. This is very very important for the clients. Forget megapixels and sensor size. Common people want to charge quick and have a powerful charger. And put again the AKG headphones. It was a beautiful bonus and a promo for AKG brand. This is all you need, not big stuff.

                                    I have kept my S10+ which I love. Have not upgraded because of lack of SDXC slot and earphone jack slot. These two features will determine my next hand phone.

                                      Thats what happens when you release same devices for 2 straight years with no improvement. S21 basicaly is S10 in most cases even worse. Yes Ultra is like top dog but basic s21 is so underwhelming it really has nothing to offer against 2 year sibling and launched for same price which is pathetic. Also s21 Ultra failed in camera compartment same as S20 ultra got massively beaten by Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra and iphone 12 pro Max, which is emberrasing for leading player.
