Anonymous, 10 Aug 2021what about Google pixel 5? how did they do itApple did it by bending the display in the chin between the connectors. Samsung does something similar to that. As they(samsung) supply the panels to google(along with LG) maybe they did reduce the chin through that way.

Anonymous, 10 Aug 2021The chin ruins the entire design because it lacks symmetry.... moreIt only looks out of symmetry because it almost doesn't have a top bezel. What you call the chin is about the thickness as the bottom bezel on the iPhone. It looks symmetrical on the iPhone because they make the top bezel the same thickness as the bottom but it's ruined by the stupid notch anyway.

Peter UK, 10 Aug 2021Wow I bet you are anti-vaxxer too right? Conspiracy everywh... moreit's the reality. Just look up "Nord 2 explodes" and there are reports of two such cases in just 10 days. It's very possible that other phones might have as well, just the way y'all haven't heard about the Nord 2 because this website never wrote an article about it, but many sites covered the story already
And I'm not an anti-vaxxer. Exploding batteries are a whole different topic. Peace out and stay safe ✌️✌️

No magnetic slider as mix 3... it was so nice feature, you could just sit with it and slide it up, and down, up... and down... up... and down....
So relaxing...
I really missed such "feature" in phones, as good old sliders and clamp form factor way back before smartphones.

PKM1, 10 Aug 2021Nice phone, good features, very informative review but no c... moreI've always favoured removable storage that I could save photos etc. to and simply move to another phone. But after have a few micro SD cards suddenly get corrupted including recently and nearly losing 2 years of photos, I'm thinking internal memory alone in a decent size along with automatic NAS backups is the way to go. I was lucky to get the corrupted card to read and transfer everything to an external drive before the card was totally unusable.

Anonymous, 10 Aug 2021They might have exploded. With those uber fast, high chargi... moreSoOoOOo..OnePlus "lets" the stories of their phones exploding out into the public, but Xiaomi doesn't?
It's pretty simple. OnePlus has made a big error, either in manufacturing or engineering. Same as Samsung did with the Note 7. So far, none of the exploding phones were being charged at the time of their detonation(just like the Note 7). It's likely a battery defect.
Xiaomi released the first 120W charging phone 364 days ago and no exploding phones reported so far.
Why are you actively trying to create a panic?

Anonymous, 10 Aug 2021Massive sensor is useless in a phone, exactly like too many... more1) hasselblad does not make sensors. Except Canon, all other pro 📷 use Exmor.
2) 📷 that provide best quality are medium format. Larger sensor than full frame.
Yes, size matters. Even more evident when you see raw files.
