On paper, SD 888 has performance comparable to i5s with TX 1050, which already struggling to run the CP 2077 at 1080p 30fps or heck even 720p 60fps. SD888 running CP2077 in the absolute best case scenario will be the same experience as the i5 with GTX1050. This is not even accounting that ARM proccesors running like dogshit in a x86 game is surely way worse than parity with i5w/1050.

Intel 9600k same test: 79,000
Intel 8600k: 75000
Amd A6 (this is one of the worst processors made in the last 10-15 years): 22,000
You may want to rethink comparing mobile chips to desktop or laptop parts

Don't even talk about computer components if you know nothing about them...the SD 888 is NOWHERE NEAR the processing power of any of the recent i5s and i7s. Also where did you get the idea that a mobile would be able to run Cyberpunk...especially at 1440p??? Yeah maybe over some cloud gaming service but the phone by itself? Yeah right

tsmc, 22 Oct 2021I think the issue is with Samsung reallyIt’s a thing about all snapdragon 888 processors, I have the red Magic 6 and also tested the asus 5 And I can confirm that It gets a lot heater than previous snapdragon

You are wrong in a few ways.
For one running cyberpunk 2077 in 4k on a phone is unrealistic, more accurately you would be running it in 1080p or 1440p.
2nd of all saying you cant expect pc performance from a mobile chip is getting to be a little dated, especially considering the Snapdragon 888 beats out any core i5, and beats out all but the last few generations of i7.
3rd and finally, your "hard throttling on the m1" is actually 15% thermal throttling, lower if you get to low battery, but only at 5%. Which is much better than any windows laptop, windows laptops can barely keep 70% of their performance on battery with an i5, let alone an i7 or an i9.

For the overheating part, is that your assumption or does have an actual source? Since 898 will be using tsmc's 4nm, the overheating issue should be completely minimized from Samsung's 5nm. There's no reason it becomes any hotter.
